- Have everyone conduct a personality test and then discuss what officer roles each person would best fulfill based on the results of the test.
- A seasoned member could give a “canned speech” from one of the “Successful Club Series” manuals.
- Go over the manuals, including the advanced manuals available.
- Discuss club business, including open-ended topics, such as “How could we improve the club?”.
